It's important to consider the order frequency when submitting purchase requests. Since orders are consolidated every two to three months, please be mindful of the quantity of items requested to optimise inventory management and minimise excess stock.

Department heads will receive timely notifications prior to the order placement deadline. These notifications will include important details such as the upcoming order date, shipment date, cut-off time, and instructions for submitting purchase requests.

Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as item availability, manufacturing lead time, and logistics.

Please allow at least 20 days for custom items.

The cut-off time for submitting purchase requests will be clearly communicated to all department heads in advance of the order placement date. It is crucial to adhere to this deadline to ensure inclusion in the upcoming order.

Placing an order on ProcureHub is simple. Log in to your employee account, and browse through our catalog of items. Once you've found what you need, simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Please note, that no payment is required at the checkout and your order will be reviewed and subject to approval.
